1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup pear preserves
1 (35 ounce) can sliced peaches
In a medium saucepan combine sugar, apricot preserves, lemon juice and peaches. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until small bubbles continue to bubble. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
