2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dark brown mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 dash dried sage
Place marinara sauce in a medium nonstick mixing bowl. Place plastic wrap around tube of food processor.
Press a 1-inch fistful of foil on sides of food processor: do not press onto glass lid of food processor.
Drive the Tube of food processor for 1 minute or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Adjust speed to medium with scissors.
Remove foil from food processor; pat down sides to block as much grease as possible.
Roast 2 to 4 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut ribs thin. Cool remaining fat meat.
