3 1/2 cups rolled oats
10 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
2 cups milk
2 cups butter, melted
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/4 cup red bell pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place oats in a large bowl. Cream together the sesame seeds, baking powder, milk, melted butter and baking powder. Mix in the eggs, white sugar and 1/2 cup milk. Mix until well blended. Slowly pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until center is almost set. Let cool for a few minutes. In a large bowl, combine cheese, red pepper and 1 cup ricotta cheese. Pour mixture over cooled cake. Cover loosely with aluminum foil to prevent sticking and fraying. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
