8 plums, grated
3 oranges
6 sprigs fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons orange oil
1 package (10 ounces) package individual ready to serve yogurt or fruit flavored Jell-O
Using an electric mixer, beat vanilla extract and lemon zest until blend. Then slowly mix it into the batter. Fill a 10 inch pie pan and grease the bottom.
In a large bowl, mix together 7 plums, orange slices, lemon zest and lemon zest; reserve juice mixture. Shake pat under a knife or serving spoon into pie pan.
Place heated gelatin and rice syrup in a large bowl. Mix gelatin and syrup in a small bowl; set aside to cool. Slowly add liquid from gelatin and syrup mixture over ice. Mix gently while stirring with a wooden spoon until mixture is desired consistency. Serve over pie. Garnish pie crust with sliced frozen strawberries and garnish pineapple and orange zest with juice of 2 lemons.
