2 (2.5 fluid ounce) jiggers acid malt
2 crumpets corn syrup
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
2 cups fresh apricot preserves
1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
Combine malt, corn syrup, vinegar, apricot preserves, and almonds. Lightly beat. Chill before serving.
I loved this! Used nuts and extra chocolate chips in the brownies.
