Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic, carrot and tomato in olive oil until tender.
Stir in mushrooms, chicken broth, chicken broth, chicken breast, tomato, vegetable oil, mushroom, chicken, tomato, vegetable oil, mushrooms, chicken and tomato.
