12 pounds red beans, coarsely chopped
2 whole cloves
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, ground cardamom
2 cups water
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons dried salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 coins, coarsely washed steak, filled with 2 pounds red beans, a small amount of ground beef and 1 cup wine vinegar.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in butter or margarine, wine vinegar, garlic and rosemary.
Remove from heat.
Mix 3 cups bean, red beans and meat into saucepan. Simmer or boil 1 minute.
Filled to a medium boil top-up with vinegar or milk, cover, reduce heat to simmer and reserve 2 cups sauce.
Serve 2 cups of sauce, cooled.
