1 pound bacon, sliced
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons dried parsley
4 (4 ounce) rectangles
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until crisp. Drain bacon, reserving grease. Remove bacon grease. Reserve grease.
In a large bowl, mix together bacon grease, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cream of mushroom soup, sharp Cheddar cheese and salt. Season with parsley. Roll slices of bacon into triangles. Place triangles on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until bacon is crispy, about 20 minutes.
