4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 bunch green candied Marbles (optional)
Butter a 9x13 inch dish.
Melt confectioners' sugar, butter or margarine to sun-safe temperature in large, non-stick saucepan over low heat. Stir in milk and chocolate, if desired. Stir until smooth. Stir in candied Marbles (optional) .
Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle with Marbles to taste. Top with mini dried apricots. Refrigerate when cool.
