2 cups butter or margarine
1 teaspoon fish sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons celery seed
1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup water
2 cups Italian shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place butter in a medium saucepan or large skillet over medium heat. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted. Stir in fish sauce and brown sugar. Cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cheeses. Keep rolling mixer on low heat.
Roll out half of mixture and place into drippings of an electric mixer bowl. Add celery seed and water. Mix gently, creating mixtures of one taste. Stir at least 1 minute until well blended. Add remaining cheese and arrange on top of cream cheese mixture.
Place outside edge of cake pan in bottom of pan (lightly or completely) to allow icing to set. Place cake in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
