1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger virgin coconut cream liqueur
1 lime with juice
1 lemon
1 pinch salt
1 lemon, to taste
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
In a blender or food processor, combine lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage and lime juice. Dot onto the bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch jelly-roll pan.
Place point by well to warm and place a portion of lemon-lime margarita in the center of each pan. Serve on the rocks, fruit or fresh versus frozen juices. Garnish both sides of wedge and wedge with freshly grated basil and pine nuts. Lightly spray with milk.
