1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
In a saucepan bring vinegar, water, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, mix vinegar, hot water, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Stir until thoroughly combined. Pour into large marinade pan. Let cool, cover and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally.
