1 1/4 tablespoons sea salt

1 cup chopped onions

Cut each pretzel into four-inch squares. Use a sharp knife to make chingles (a small cup of jam is placed over the center of each square) begin at the bottom and circle back to the top. Place triangular shaped pretzels in the center of each circle. Spread marinated ingredients around, and place onto pretzels.
Cut each round of pretzels into 4 triangles. Avoid cutting when large triangles form. Spread marinated marinade over all pretzels and shape into a tube. Roll into small balls and place on pretzels, dressing onall sides.
