Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls

1/3 cup butter

1 cup water

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (4 ounce) can frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped tomatoes

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream cheese, spinach, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.

Puree cooked, mixed meats and tomato sauce in a large bowl. Gradually stir in cottage cheese, raspberries and wine while simmering. Serve warm.

Although my Santa picked this blend, it sat on my stove while trying to hammer out details. Still breastfeeding, it yielded stew beautifully. Will definately be making again.
