1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1/3 cup butter
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped tomatoes
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup white wine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream cheese, spinach, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
Puree cooked, mixed meats and tomato sauce in a large bowl. Gradually stir in cottage cheese, raspberries and wine while simmering. Serve warm.
