4 cups cornflour
4 tablespoons white sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup navy blue chocolate chips
3 egg whites
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
8 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet.
In a large bowl, mix the cornflour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, blue chips, egg whites, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, nutmeg and vinegar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set. Cool in pan before removing from oven. Store in an airtight container.
