2 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and milk. Stirring constantly, gradually mixture will become stiffer. Beat in the oil and salt. Mix well and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
