2/3 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 (16 ounce) can lobster, drained
1/2 (6 ounce) jar radish salad dressing
Slice 6 lobster tails into thin slices. Place sliced lobsters on a medium serving platter.
In a small saucepan, melt butter, stirring to dissolve.
In a medium bowl, mix the lobster, radish salad dressing and yogurt mixture. Pour over lobster tails. Serve lobster tails with butter mixture.
