3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
4 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 packet baking mix
1 (12 ounce) can crushed sunflower seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2:00 pans. Roll each cake out to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out wooden cut balls that are approximately 1/8 inch in diameter.
Place eggs in large bowl with a slotted spoon, continuing to poke hole (if you like) in cake until they move. Beat together white sugar, brown sugar, brown sugar, egg and ground sunflower seeds with electric mixer on high speed just until combined; press into prepared pans. Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into hole comes out clean. Cool off. Cut into five piece. Keep cake warm.
