1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 product pack cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced celery
In a medium bowl, blend the cottage cheese with mayonnaise. Mix in the sour cream. Beat in the cream until smooth; stir in the chopped onion. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine the cream cheese, celery, bell pepper, and celery. Mix until completely blended. Heat and stir until warmed through, about 10 minutes. Pour in the milk.
