1 (18 ounce) can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. Beat until blended. Pour pie filling into pastry bag fitted with tip.
Bake in preheated oven for 3 hours, or until filling is set and knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
