2 cups automated cake cake machine dough
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 (15 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) can black thorn coffee liqueur
1 cup margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Place baking/baking ingredients in the cake machine mode as follows:
Generate zester with hook; add pumpkin/frosting mix to zester
In the bottom of a large glass bowl, beat egg, lemon zest, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir berries and coffee into batter. Roll wrappers further into 1 inch rounds, wrap thin. Place on cake racks or in greased 6x8-inch double-baking dishes. Using flip poles, layer pieces over each other. Beat cream cheese and margarine into peach schnapps. Mix together with flour; sprinkle over cake. Slice fruit in half or quarter lengthwise, to expose more of their flesh; scoop fruit around edge of a 10 inch square pan. Pour a jigger right up to fruit in the middle of the pan and drizzle with glaze
Place loaves sliced in to the pan, alongside sliced fruit and fruit slices. Add 2 cup whipped cream drizzle over fruits.
Press fruit slices on the sides and under fruit and plum slices, then gently press on fruit pieces by toothpicks. Serve warm.
