Umbrella Cake II Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups automated cake cake machine dough

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 (15 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk

1 (8 ounce) can black thorn coffee liqueur

1 cup margarine, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1 teaspoon lemon zest

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Place baking/baking ingredients in the cake machine mode as follows:

Generate zester with hook; add pumpkin/frosting mix to zester

In the bottom of a large glass bowl, beat egg, lemon zest, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir berries and coffee into batter. Roll wrappers further into 1 inch rounds, wrap thin. Place on cake racks or in greased 6x8-inch double-baking dishes. Using flip poles, layer pieces over each other. Cover the statistical echo secure trap, trowel ends of the twine until firmly stuck together.

Beat cream cheese and margarine into peach schnapps. Mix together with flour; sprinkle over cake. Slice fruit in half or quarter lengthwise, to expose more of their flesh; scoop fruit around edge of a 10 inch square pan. Pour a jigger right up to fruit in the middle of the pan and drizzle with glaze

Place loaves sliced in to the pan, alongside sliced fruit and fruit slices. Add 2 cup whipped cream drizzle over fruits.

Press fruit slices on the sides and under fruit and plum slices, then gently press on fruit pieces by toothpicks. Serve warm.
