Yum Yum Dum Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package egg whites

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups milk

3 eggs, beaten

1 cup corn syrup

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 tablespoons milk

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ounce caramel sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat egg whites in large bowl until stiff; add oil, sugar, flour and soda; beat well. Beat in milk, eggs, corn syrup, pecans, pecans, cream cheese, cream cheese, pecans, and vanilla extract.

Press crepe mixture into bottom and 1/2 inch of rim of 9 inch pie pan. Spread remaining filling over crepe layer.

Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Cool completely, and serve warm.
