1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Place onion and chili powder in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook about 50 minutes, or until onion is tender. Drain, and cool.
Place garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir in thyme, paprika, parsley, and chili powder. Mix well.
