2 pounds beef jerky
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon salt
1 yellow pepper, chopped
8 cooked delicately ground savoy cabbage
1 1/2 cups dry stock
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt meat and oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir about 3 minutes, or until well done, breaking up fibers as necessary. Stir in mustard and kosher salt and heat through. In a large bowl, cream together the meat and oil. Meanwhile, whisk together the cabbage and 2 cups dry stock. Stir in the covered mixture, and pour into pastry shell.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until slightly browned on the top.
