1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons zest of one orange, sliced into rounds
Slice the orange into 8 - 4 inch rounds using a glass or metal dumpling. Place the orange into a large serving bowl and whip cream until it is stiff.
Stir sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt into whipped cream; refrigerate. Whip cream and sweetened condensed milk until stiff. Fold in cookies with the orange slices. Serve filled with whipped cream or orange juice.
