1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a 4 quart saucepan, combine milk, egg, baking powder, baking soda and cream of tartar; stir until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a small saucepan, combine salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Pour into chocolate covered muffin cups. Chill in refrigerator before serving. Refrigerate leftovers for up to two hours before serving.
