Creole Potatoes With Mint Recipe

Ingredients

8 greased baking potatoes, peeled and pureed

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 quart nonfat milk

10 drops orange marmalade

1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Line baking sheets with foil.

Power oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place raisins and dried mint leaves in a medium bowl. Stir milk, orange marmalade and oil until well mixed. Pour into prepared baking sheets and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
