5 pounds beef brisket
2 (16 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
1 (16 ounce) can black olives, drained
1 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Line a large rack with aluminum foil and place one plate on each foil side. Spread tomato sauce on bottom of foil. Fill foil with tomato sauce and top with tomato paste and chopped green chiles. Place a layer of black olives over this and top with butter.
Bake at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hours.
