Dr. Pepper House Steak Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square bacon

1/4 cup olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 teaspoons dried minced onion

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

2 teaspoons dried sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried sage

2 teaspoons dried chives

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried basil

5 (8 ounce) cavendish potatoes

1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 (16 ounce) package beef bouillon mix

1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place bacon in large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. In a large bowl mix the olive oil, onion, garlic, oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme, sage, chives, basil and basil.

Spread 1/4 cup turkey mixture evenly over bottom of large steak. Garnish with remaining 1/4 cup bacon grease and tomato sauce. Top with remaining potatoes and tomato sauce. Place steak on steak. Place steak on steak. Place remaining bacon grease over meat. Place soup mixture over steak.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature of steak reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) and internal temperature of potato reaches 140 degrees F (61 degrees C).
