1 (18.75 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange flavored Jell-O
1 (11 ounce) package crushed pineapple juice with juice
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped peaches
In a large bowl, beat cake mix, gelatin, pineapple juice and oil. Stir together and pour over cake mixture.
When cake mixture is cool, pour over fruit in pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with peaches.
