Cream of Mushroom Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

15 medium spuds

1 large onion, diced

2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

3 Sirloin tip steaks ( total: 2)

1 pound Swiss cheese, sliced

6 ounces diced Swiss cheese

1 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning

1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

1/4 cup cider vinegar

2 teaspoons dry parsley pestle

1 teaspoon dried black pepper

6 (10 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetable soup mix

1 cup ketchup

Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook until mushy. Remove mushrooms. Stir in onion and cook 1 minute.

Pour soup into large saucepan. Stir in liquid from mushrooms, potato/broccoli mash, Swiss cheese, sausage and bread crumbs. Simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in ketchup and heat through. Serve over hot rice.
