2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper to taste
1 large chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 dash dried oregano
8 oz. canorini pasta
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat oil in a large skillet or skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion slices and salt and pepper; saute. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side. Add chili powder, oregano, garlic powder and tomato sauce. Stir; cook 2 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken back to skillet and add tomato sauce. Transfer to skillet with remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
