1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and stir fry until mushrooms are soft and liquid has evaporated. Pour in olive oil and stir until brown. Transfer mushrooms to a large bowl and add lemon juice and white wine. Mix well and spread over the mushrooms.
