Pasta Salad I Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound spaghetti

1 large tomato, diced

2 large green onions, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium red onion, chopped

1 medium carrot, chopped

1 medium zucchini, chopped

1 medium, thin round pizza pastry

Directions

In a mixing bowl, toss spaghetti, tomato, green onions, onion, carrot, zucchini and pizza pastry. Form into 6 squares, and refrigerate until serving.

I put several things into my salad: whole grain toast, chopped red bell pepper, cucumbers, red onion, lemon juice, tarragon, lemon juice, grapes (about 1/2 -- 1 cup), olive oil (about 1 tablespoon), brussels sprouts (about 1/2 -- 1 tablespoon), fresh basil (about 1/2 -- 1 tablespoon). I did not include the olive oil, it was a solo dish and didnt need it. I did not add the dry italian dressing, its optional. By the way, a word of warning, I have a very small oven and a very small salad to put in it. I put the pastas in a preheated 425 degree oven for 8 minutes, the cheese melted at 40 degrees, the zucchini and chicken thawed about 20 minutes. its perfect</START>
