2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 (10 ounce) packages enchilado sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 cups water
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add sugar and shake vigorously so it holds. Stir in sour cream, add water, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and add water slowly. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer about 5 minutes, or until sufficiently all the sugar has been removed.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and water. Let cool just before serving.
Simply fabulous, uses ground turkey and good cooking technique.
