4 boneless pork tenderloin
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon minced shallots
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon poly County-style dried parsley
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, oil, horseradish, shallots, tomato paste, lemon juice, and water. Mix well. Add pork and stir well. Cover, and simmer about 1 hour.
Remove pork from saucepan, and place in a shallow baking dish or bowl, turning occasionally. Pour sauce mixture over pork. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning frequently.
