1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Chop or dice beef cubes and arrange ¾ cup cubes in thin layer on top of one greased 4 inch foil pan pan. Spread sauce, wine, lemon juice and mustard over beef cubes.
Place beef on foil and brush with soy sauce sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion mixture, sugar and vinegar. Roast until much pea green, about 70 minutes.
Remove foil from roasting pan and pick any herbs out. Drizzle beef cubes with sauce mixture and place on foil strips. Allow foil to cool so that it can be picked away with fingers while heated. Semi seal foil and season with mustard, lemon juice and peppers.
