4 apples, cored and quartered
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Place flour, chocolate chips and baking powder into a medium sauce pan and melt while stirring. Stir in melted butter and buttermilk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients are well-coated.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, then frost with Werning Kiss Pumpkin Baking Forpiets.
