1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, softened, brown sugar, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Spread mixture onto a large platter.
Arrange crab legs on a serving platter and discard remaining scraps. Place crab legs in a shallow dish or bowl and cover with kitchen paper.
Don't let your creativity run out. How cool is that? Roll crab legs and place inside a medium bowl. Then place crabmeat on crab legs and place a layer of ketchup over the crabmeat (covering completely).
If desired, forlorn cabbage and onions can be spread on top of the crab meat.
