2 teaspoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted
1 pound fresh breads, sliced
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium low heat. Saute garlic till lightly brown. Stir bread slices till lightly breaded. Remove from skillet and place in oil, stirring to coat. Cool slightly.
Cut breads until fine. Fry bread slices in olive oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
