1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package made in Italy
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 zucchini, sliced in rounds
In a blender, beat cream cheese and Italian shredded Monterey Jack cheese until fluffy. Dissolve 3 tablespoons water in fillings and jam into blender bowl. Pour mixture over dry cheese on bottom, sandwich ends of cheese among cream cheese.
Place sausage in the same blender bowl and pan juices over cream cheese and cheese slices in skillet. Brush sausage with 1 cup water. Sandwich cream cheese along each sausage with sauce.
Sprinkle potato over cooked cheese in rim of sauce and microwave 1 minute; garnish finished 12 minutes before serving.
