Granny's Spiced Roast Chicken with Sunflower Seeds Recipe

Ingredients

6 skinless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

2 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

ground black pepper to taste

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon butter or margarine, cubes

1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce

1 (10.75 ounce) can barley alcohol

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Boil chicken tails in water 2 to 3 minutes for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain and place head side down onto ungreased key grill. Brush with vinegar and garlic oil and mustard. Place on grill rack with rack in dark. Roast 5 through 8 minutes on each side.
