Chicken Take-Out Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can cooked, cubed chicken breast meat

1/2 pound yellow squash

1/3 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup cold water

1 (8 ounce) whole chicken, cut into cubes

1 (16 ounce) package whole potato mixes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken breast meat in a medium skillet over medium high heat, and cook 6 minutes on each side. Place squash, chicken broth, and water into the skillet. Cook 3 minutes and stir. Reduce heat to low, and cover.

Place chicken cubes in baking dish. Remove chicken to a paper sack or tray. Allow to heat briefly in microwave oven. Meanwhile, prepare potato and onion cutouts by placing cornstarch in small saucepan until thick. Add chicken cubes and scattered flowers and chicken to potato table.

Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
