3 pounds bacon
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
12 ounces kielbasa food
6 tablespoons Mexican-style seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Place bacon in a large 8x4 inch baking dish. Fry over medium heat until crisp. Drain bacon grease, reserving 1/3 cup.
Top each tortilla with 2 black beans, 1 small onion, 1 tomato, salsa and cheese. Fry for 15 minutes, flipping occasionally, before hardening. Serve immediately.
