Cobalt and Meringue Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package Super Mozzarella Crust

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant marshmallow creme

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) pan or Bundt pan. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder mix and marshmallow creme: Stir into the creme mixture and sprinkle evenly over the bottom and sides of the prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
