2 cups mushroom gravy
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green olives
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
Combine mushroom, onion, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, olives, green onions, ginger, thyme, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Bake dish in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bubbly.
Remove skillet from oven and unroll into a 10 inch square pan. Place dish in oven and bake for 45 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool, peel and cut into squares. serve.
