1 (15 ounce) jar English Meringue
2 egg whites
1 4 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a large bowl, mix meringue, egg whites, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, lemon extract and pudding mix. Shape into a 1/2 inch form, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Store in refrigerator. Cover tightly with remaining foil. Let stand one hour in refrigerator. Cut into 3 3 inch squares.
