1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons dried mustard
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese spread
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and butter. Stir in flour, mustard and cheese. Spread on the bottom of a 9x13 inch greased and floured pan.
Provide a layer with the cream cheese mixture. Cover with the mozzarella cheese. Allow time to set.
Remove cheese from milk mixture; retain cream cheese mix in reduce a large enough container to contain the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set so that cream cheese mixture may be chilled. Discard excess loose milk.
