1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream-style chocolate pudding mix
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a large plastic resealable plastic bag or blender, combine the butter, brown sugar, cream-style chocolate pudding mix, and salt. Place into a large mixing bowl. Add wings and fats, mixing thoroughly. Cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove pan from bag and store in glass container. Dust pan regularly with melted butter mixture to prevent sticking. Return ready baked pie to freezer for 15 minutes.
