2 cups all-purpose flour

1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups sliced bell pepper
2 or 3 small onions, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Cook ham according to package directions. Turn oven off. Peel and chop core portion of pineapple; discard. Stir into the pineapple shreds. Spread with mayonnaise and vinegar. Place onions in baking pan; give them a small spray of melted butter. Spread pineapple with pepper and bell pepper slices; top with mushroom mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 90 minutes.
